HILAL Humanitarian and Livelihood Inc. is a non-governmental organization dedicated to uplifting communities through grassroots development, sustainable infrastructure, and immediate humanitarian response. Based in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur,Philippines we actively work to bridge the gap for families and individuals facing economic and social challenges.
